All sales are final.

We only issue refunds if you receive the wrong item, size, or color. If your order matches your confirmation, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us with your order number. We will confirm that it cannot be delivered and then issue a refund.

To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@vnoirclothing.com with your order number and photos.

Approved refunds are processed within 6–12 business days to the original payment method.
