Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will get a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Standard shipping usually takes (2–3 business days), and express shipping (1–2 business days), in the UK, Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We ship internationally. Delivery usually takes 5–11 business days after shipping, depending on your country. International orders may have import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

If your package is lost, contact us with your order number, and we will refund your order after confirmation

Customers must make sure their shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
